As a bilingual San Diego native speaking both English and Khmer, Angelee grew up in a first-generation immigrant household. She understands firsthand what unstable housing looks and feels like— it wasn’t until she was seventeen that her father purchased their first home. She’s become highly empathetic to the feelings and energy it requires to not only relocate into a new environment— but to find your forever home as well.

Building generational wealth through homeownership set in motion her fondness for real estate, leading her to become an owner and investor herself. Angelee deeply understands buying, selling, and managing real estate, but more than that, she genuinely desires to help her clients reach their goals. She is passionate about gaining a deep understanding of the market and believes in utilizing and leveraging data to make the best purchase and sales decisions.

Angelee earned her bachelor's degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach. She attributes her entrepreneurial drive and relentless customer-centric approach to her family owning a small donut business in San Diego. As a natural connector, she loves bringing people together, which led her to a career in recruiting for a leading cloud-based tech start-up and Fortune 500 company before entering the real estate industry full-time. With that cultivated background, she’s established life-long partnerships while demonstrating effective communication and acquiring strong negotiation skills.

In her free time, she enjoys listening to various podcasts (and Drake), trying out new boba spots, and celebrating her Cambodian culture.
